Twentieth, twenty seventeen meeting of the city's Preservation Commission is called to order. Before we start, I'll review our procedures. Copies of the agenda for tonight's meeting are in the kiosk outside the door. The commission will refer to each item according to the order provided on the agenda, and there are no changes to the agenda at this time. Followed by questions from the commission. And please fill out a form if you'd like to speak tonight and note the agenda number on which you'd like to speak. Bring it up to the clerk to the left of the dais, and you'll be called to speak at the appropriate time. Public comments matters not on the agenda. And we'll proceed uh with the agenda. And Chair Marshak. Here. All right. First item on the agenda. We actually have two items under the consent calendar. First of all, approval of minutes of the November 15 meeting. And then also our calendar for 2018 of commission meetings. If there are no comments or proposed changes on either of those, we could handle them in a single motion under consent, or if there's a desire to discuss either of them, we could do that too. So what is your preference? Commissioner Whitelem. I'm I'm fine with the minutes, but on the uh schedule, um I on the Yeah. On the schedule, um I'm in favor of going ahead and scheduling the November meeting because it's easier to cancel a meeting if we don't need it, you know, and to get the than to try you. I know it's not e it would not be easy for this commission to hold like special meetings if we needed it. So that would be my preference, but I'll go with whatever the the commission commission suggests. But I think if you add that November 1, then it's a change to the way it was presented. So I guess then you'd have to take it off. Put these things out. Then you'd have to split it. All right, then let's let's take I uh item number one approval of the minutes of the November 15, 2017 Commission meeting. Are there any comments uh on the draft notes?
