I'm gonna go with uh our our new O A C member first, and then we'll have our other guests, but you're you're you're on the committee and you're the newest, so you could uh introduce yourself, maybe a little bit about yourself and what area you've been talking about, but whatever you'd like.

So um my name's Monica, and um I've been in Sacramento for about seven years, just finished my master's in IO psychology, and I built HR and things that help the employee before.

You say IOP psychological.

I think that's for organizational psychology.

Okay, okay basically the psychology of the one place and what led me here is I want to support my community in any way I can.

And um that means me being able to have a voice in this space to make county workers that hurt them, nothing they want to do.

Um just care about making it stairs and are you uh from a county employee or are you from a citizen?

Oh citizen representative what supervisor county or city?

Um and I work for California Indian Legal Services.

I'm the intern admin coordinator there.

I'm also on the DEI cabinet, and I currently work with Sacramento County Public.

Now I'm I'm uh just a citizen.

I don't work for the county.
