Um I'm hoping that this board has a full intense understanding of what is going on with the I-80 elevator and what other considerations that are transpiring and taking place.

And again, even reading through the detail uh of 2.3 doesn't really clarify for the public what is going on and what effective timetable, although I hear June now, um, you know, but this has been ongoing for quite some time.

It would be nice if it does finish out in the fiscal year, but I highly suspicious that it will be next year before we will have any replacement on the I-80 elevator.

The Sacramento Transit Writers Union believes that employees have a legal employers have a legal duty to bargain in good faith with their employees representative.
