My name's Jake Warner, long-range planning manager for the city, presenting a rezone application submitted by Winslow Burton for proper property located at 1139 south 700 east, approximately uh two acres, 2.1 acres, uh, one parcel at that location.

That property, as well as the property to the south, which is a pharmacy is currently zoned CVC, which is the convenience commercial zone.
