Yes, item one is a hearing regarding financial commitments made by private developers for housing developments at two zero zero zero through two zero seven zero Bryan Street and 681 Florida Street in the Mission District, including 500,000 in capital funding for tenant improvements to the community art space at 681 Florida Street. Thank you. Colleagues, since our last meeting, I'm pleased to report that the developers of this site have fulfilled their outstanding financial promises of 500,000 to fund a community art space, as was agreed to many years ago. And as such, I do not plan to move forward with this hearing and will be motioning to file it. Um any comments, questions, seeing none. Madam Clerk, let's take public comment. Yes, members of the public who wish to speak on this item should line up now along the side by the windows. All speakers will have two minutes. It is a hardwood floor-laying company, and we had the pleasure of installing the athletic floors at the Carnival or Canna project on Florida Street. Part of my job is to do collections, where week after week I contact our colleagues at uh the general contractor's office to request payment status updates. Early in the project, payments were quick, but they've since dried up. We met our obligations back in October of 2024. We nailed their last board, we cut the employees' paychecks, and we paid all of our vendors in a timely manner. And yet, over a year later, we stand before you with an overdue receivable ledger to the tune of about 47,000. I've done this work for about 10 years and have never experienced such a degree of financial runaround. Uh it is the view of our company that the owner relied on the monies promised by Podell and other developers to pay us. And while I don't know that all of the variables at play in the chamber here today, what I do know is that it's unfair for a small family-owned business to fund the obligations of a large developer. With respect and urgency, I thank you for your time. Thank you for your comments. Do we have any additional public speakers? Madam Chair, that completes public comment. Thank you. Seeing no one else making public comment. Public comment is now closed. I now move to file this item. Madam Clerk, please call the roll. Yes, on the motion to file this item. Vice Chair Sauter. Vice Chair Saughter, aye.
