Thank you.

5:59

Do we have any deferrals or removals from the calendar?

6:04

We do not.

6:05

Okay.

6:06

7:14

Yay.

7:15

Okay, we have a motion and a second to approve the consent calendar.

7:21

Uh the do we do we do it as a whole or do we have to do the individual items?

7:26

You do it as a whole, but somebody pulled it.

7:28

Sorry, this is weird because I have separate.

7:31

You probably just want to read the items for the record.

7:33

Okay.

7:34

Uh so the the first item, I'll I'll just read all of them.

7:37

The first item on the uh consent calendar is reviewing and approving the action minutes from the March 25th meeting.

7:44

The second item is CP24-026 and ER24-181.

7:52

That's the uh conditional use permit to allow construction of a four-story approximately 125,000 square foot mini storage building and two vehicle gates.

8:04

Uh, and next one is CP25-012 and ER25-077, which are uh the conditional use permit to allow an existing approximately 107,000 uh square foot building to be converted into a warehouse utilized for electric vehicle passenger vehicle delivery, retail indoor sale of EV passenger vehicles, and uh a service center and some incidental office space.

8:38

Um with that I will uh call for a vote.

8:42

Um we had can you remind me, uh, Commissioner Bandel, you were the motion and Commissioner Casey, you were the second.

8:48

Oh, all the barrier, thank you.

8:51

Thank you.

8:52

Oh, and note that Commissioner Cantrell is here.

8:55

Okay, uh, let's go down the list.

8:57

Uh Commissioner uh Barossio.

9:01

Yes, Commissioner Bandal?

9:04

Yes.

9:05

Commissioner Cantrell?

9:07

Yes.

9:08

Commissioner Cal?

9:10

Yes.

9:10

Commissioner Casey, yes, Commissioner Escobar?

9:15

Yes.

9:16

Commissioner Newin.

9:17

9:18

Commissioner Oliveria.

9:21

Yes.

9:21

Commissioner Young?

9:22

Yes.

9:23

And I'm yes.

9:26

Um, so the consent calendar passes passes unanimously.

9:32

Uh for public hearing.

9:34

Uh, there are no items today on the public hearing calendar, so I'm not going to read the blurb about it.

9:40

Um, are there any referrals from city council, boards, commissions, or other agencies?

9:47

I feel like this might be the shortest meeting in history.

9:52

Okay.

9:53

Um good and welfare.

9:58

A report from the city council?

9:59

Yeah.

10:00

So we do have a couple things from City Council.

10:02

City Council met on March 24th.

10:04

They did do a final adoption of ordinance 31316, which was the uh ordinances related to Senate Bill 79, as the city adopted relatively local measures.

10:14

Um in addition to that, the city council also adopted the uh audit recommendations that were still existing from previous audits.

10:22

In addition, they approved two different ordinances as it relates to residential incentive tax promise for our projects.

10:28

Um is for the Bank of Italy development and for the gateway tower.

10:33

That was done in one or uh one resolution, I believe.

10:36

And then there was another resolution approving one for El Paseo de Saratoga for uh residential tax and fee waivers.

10:44

Um in addition to that, uh they adopted the housing catalyst team work plan status.

10:50

As you might have noted, this was part of something similar you heard in the February 25th study session.

10:55

So council took two actions on that related to the team work plan as well as the annual progress report on the implementation of the housing element.

11:05

Okay.

11:07

Do we have any subcommittee um reports or outstanding items?

11:12

No.

11:13

No.

11:14

Anything related to study sessions or commission calendar?

11:17

Just that the next planning commission is going to occur on the 22nd.

11:21

Um and also wanted to note that there is going to be several outreach and open houses for the general plan four-year review being held throughout the city from this month until early next month.

11:31

Um in addition to that, the city council will be holding a comprehensive permit study session on April 28th.

11:38

Um, in addition to the note, if you guys are interested, City Council will be hearing the Camden Builders Remedy Project also on a on heard on April 28th.

11:49

That was the Camden.

11:51

That was the Camden project, yes.

11:52

Okay, thank you.

11:54

Anything for the public record?

11:57

Uh I do have a question.

11:59

Um the 1295 Gardner Avenue.

12:03

Is you have an update on that?

12:04

If it got appealed or if it's coming or any kind of update, because we're getting uh several emails on that concern for the people we should know.

12:12

Yeah, thank you for asking that because it was on my list too.

12:15

For my wage project, that was again.

12:19

We got it.

12:20

Uh yeah, we did receive an appeal, so it it included an environmental appeal, so it will go to city council directly.

12:28

Yep.

12:31

It's 12 units, by the way.

12:33

That's what you're talking about, right?

12:34

The 12 unit development on Kurtner?

12:37

Yeah.

12:38

Okay.

12:38

Yeah.

12:38

That's it.

12:39

Yep.

12:40

Okay.

12:41

Any other questions from the commissioner?

12:46

642 p.m.

12:48

Uh anybody want a motion to adjourn?

12:51

Do we need to do that?

12:53

Okay.

12:53

Who's motioning?

12:55

Commissioner Balancing.

13:01

So you're absolutely second.

13:03

Second, second.

13:07

All in favor?

13:10

We're done.

13:11

All right.

13:11

If I had a gavel, I'd smack it, but I don't have that.

13:15

So, yeah.
