The first set of minutes are from July 13th.

1:34

Do I have any changes, corrections?

1:38

Okay.

1:39

And seeing none on those, those would stand approved.

1:42

Um then August 24th minutes.

1:45

Are there uh Commissioner Sisko?

1:48

Uh yeah, I noted a a couple of corrections.

1:51

Um the Hollyhawks subdivision uh when it cites um ex parte disclosures that said no disclosures were made, but I believe you did say you uh visited the site, so wanted to get that captured.

2:08

And then under uh 9.3, the 7 Eleven sale of beer and wine or ex parte disclosures.

2:14

Um it it indicates that I noted that there was a member who was inebriated at the actual site, and what I had said was on the my way to visit the site.

2:24

I noted um a police confrontation with an individual out in front of the ninth street market, so I want to get that clear so that the site isn't getting loaded up with things that aren't appropriate.

2:36

And uh I believe Commissioner Holton did that as well.

2:39

He uh did not witness someone inebriated at the college uh site.

2:43

It was on his way to the site at the ninth street market.

2:46

So those corrections.

2:49

Thank you.

2:50

So those changes will be made.

2:52

Thank you.

2:52

I got it, thank you.

2:54

So then um before we start, I wanted to uh mention that I'm gonna be reordering the agenda tonight, moving the study session to the end of the meeting, and moving item 10 point two before 10.1.

3:10

So the way the agenda will go, the first items will be 10 point two, 10.1, and then the study session.

3:17

So wanted everybody to know about that before we got to that spot.

3:22

Um so with that um we'll go ahead and take public comments on non-agenda matters.

3:29

Uh if you have um anything to say on an item that is not on the agenda, please make your way to one of the podiums up there, and you will be given three minutes to speak.

3:46

Uh seeing no one there, uh is there anybody on Zoom?

3:53

We do have about five attendees via Zoom.

3:56

Um if you wish to make a public comment on non-agenda items, please raise your hand.

4:02

Chair Weeks, no hands are raised.

4:05

Thank you.

4:05

So with that, I'll close this first public comment period or this co public comment period on non-agenda matters.

4:12

And we'll move on to commission business.

4:14

Um I'll start by reading our statement of purpose.

4:18

The planning commission is charged with carrying out the California planning and zoning laws in the city of Santa Rosa.

4:24

So with that, I'll move on to 4.2 commissioners' reports.

4:49

Are there any reports from my fellow commissioners?

4:52
