Adjustment and appeals meeting um open at uh 704 um and we're ready for roll call commissioner sepulver commissioner Ranawell here commissioner Weiler here Commissioner Forsyth Commissioner Sandu here Commissioner Redding here Commissioner Robbins here all right so looking at the approval of the agenda I'll entertain a motion so moved I'll second all right all right so then we have call for notarized affidavits proof of neighborhood meeting and sign-in we need uh do you just need to have a voice a voice vote on approving the agenda so we don't we don't need it you do need a vote a vote on to approve the agenda so um a voice vote so all in favor say aye aye and all in favor say nay or opposed say nay all right motion carries now we're ready to uh call for notarized affidavits proof of neighborhood meeting and sign-in sheets for appropriate public hearing yep we're good all right oh you can't hear me how does that you heard me before when it was like I think if you pull the modest yourself yeah for closure pretty close it's supposed to be closed all right and can you hear me better now yes can you hear her now all right thanks um and so we have recognition by the planning commission of interest it's not the board of adjustments it's it's on the agenda it says planning commission but uh recognition by the board of adjustments of interested citizens I don't think there are any can you confirm that Mr.
