So we did work with Canterbury and Gensler and Hundred Partners on the first phase.

So this was their visioning for Canterbury Park.

So they looked at a creating a multi-season entertainment hub, all day, everyday activity, a place for big moments.

So kind of here were some of the items they looked at and how uh they could be combined.

So one of the items we already have a major entertainment anchor with the amphitheater, and one of the things we need is a destination hotel.

So they looked at a spa and medium banquet facility, and what could complement that.

And then these are the themes that they worked on.

So looking at insta collectors, cultural chasers, night out crowd, um pamper crew, leisure loyalists, night out players, um, social weekenders.

So how do we get people to come to Shakapee and spend more than just a moment here?

So these were some of the things they looked at is art festivals, movie nights, watch parties, curling festival, winter lights festival, yoga in the plaza, local brewery festival.

So these are some of the they looked at other things from the Hyden report, so how they could activate the space, and one of the things was we already have an 800 plus um car park that was built for the amphitheater.
