And whereas Katie's dedication is further demonstrated by her graduation from APWA's prestigious emerging leaders' academy in 2023. And her consistent leadership is instrumental in the chapter's successful application for the presidential acknowledgement for chapter excellence and honor the chapter has received each of the past four years under her guidance. And whereas Katie's strong work ethic professionals and ability to manage projects and address citizens' concerns has made her a valuable asset to both the city of Sioux City and the APWA community while demonstrating her potential for continued leadership and service at the chapter and national levels. Now therefore I Robert E. Scott, mayor of the city of Sioux City, Iowa, on behalf of City Council do here by commend Katie Eichel for her accomplishments. Thank you for said this to him. Okay.
