I would suggest to revisit the condition of approval, uh anything that's related to open space um to make sure that uh um how that allowable uh usage and how any variants would be processed in the future um and and that the vetting procedure uh that that it involves everyone and it's a transparent public format.

8.1 – Conditional Use Permit for Billiards Parlor (Shark Den): Staff recommended approval for a pool hall and bar in an existing commercial center. Commissioner Nieberlin moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Kramer; motion passed.
8.2 – Conditional Use Permit for Dewatering Facility (TMWRF): Staff recommended approval for a new dewatering facility and to waive standard landscaping requirements due to security and subsurface infrastructure constraints. Discussion noted capacity increase from 30 to 44 million gallons per day, supporting thousands of additional homes. A motion to approve passed.
