Good evening for those that are here and online. Uh welcome to tonight's special city council meeting. Go ahead and call this meeting to order. Uh Michelle, go ahead with our roll call, please. Here. Hafner. Here. Jacobs. Here. Claire Beak. Here. Myers. Here. Here. Okay. Thank you all for being present. I'll just go ahead and read item three of uh we could take it one step at a time here, I guess. First of all, on approving the agenda, first we need a motion to reconsider change order number two for the Colorado Boulevard sewer upsize phase three project. That was recently before council. We will need a first and a second on that item. Is there a motion, please? So move. Second. Second. We have a motion and a second. All in favor? Aye. Opposed. That motion carries. I'll read the next paragraph. Next, if the first item is successful, we need a motion to amend the agenda to add item four B approved change order number two for the Colorado Boulevard sewer upsize phase three project with an increase of fifteen thousand forty dollars twenty-eight cents and a revised final completion date of July 13th, 2026. So we need a motion on that and move to amend the agenda. Second. We have a motion in the second. All in favor. Aye. Aye. That carries. Finally, um, we need a motion to approve the agenda as a method. So approved. We have a motion in the second. I'll take that as that. Uh all in favor.
