The St. Albans City Council held a regular meeting on May 18, 2026, at the McKinley Recreation Center. Key agenda items included approval of minutes, first readings of ordinances for water and sewer system improvement projects with rate adjustments, a bonding ordinance for water meter replacement, approval of invoices, and various committee reports and announcements.
