Good morning. Good morning, and uh this truly is a great morning. I didn't realize we had so many wonderful voices here in the board of Alderman. I think we'll have to get a choir going. So um, as this is our last meeting, uh, as we close out uh Black History Month, and I thought about you know how am I gonna dress today, of course couldn't find any clothes to my closer and beans because of the tornado, but fortunately God is good, and so I was able to find or put together an outfit, and I thought about you know, hair is also a part of our culture, and so while I could not take down my braids to do my hair like this, which I've done on occasion. Uh I had a good piece of hair sitting to the side that I could grab and put on this morning to celebrate uh the culture and the fashion and the hair of my people. So all power to the people always. I'd like to extend a thank you to President Green, uh, because I this the incident that I'm gonna tell you about um occurred so recent that I was not able to meet uh the deadline for getting these resolutions done, but I appreciate your courtesy in in allowing us to do this because this too is important.
