We're now on the record in the matter of uh liquor license applications for ABC Caproom LLC located at 4310 Filer Avenue is the applications for a full drink Sunday or summer garden and uh say well we do manufacturers and the wholesalers and a uh full wholesaler full manufacturer okay president the hearing is Ms. Gwendolyn Cherry Sims, who's a liquor control supervisor for the exit of division, Mr. Derek Langenecker, who's the managing officer for the applicant, and Miles McDonald, the exact commissioner for the city of St. Louis. He is now 9 05 a.m. on August 21st, 2025. What we're gonna do here, Mr. Langonicker is introduced to things as uh exhibits for the hearing at all bywards right here at every hearing. Um just if we object, just say yes or no, okay. All right, um first thing is a certain certified copy of St. Louis City Ordinance uh 71819 that governs the issuance of liquor licenses in the city of St. Louis. Any objection to the introduction of that ordinance? No, okay. And the next thing is files maintained by the excise provision uh the applicant, any objection to introduction of those files. No, okay. Uh which we trigger the full drink license that's under the board bills uh 60, where there's no need for uh neighborhood approval signatures, so we don't have that issue to deal with. Uh I see no reason on this premises would be in detriment to the neighborhood. So at this time I'm approving the applications. Okay, the applications have been approved. Uh the hearing is concluded. We're now going off the record initiative. We're now on the matter of liquor license application uh for eighty eighty two hundred Broadway Operations LLC doing business as Broadway Express at 8200 South Broadway. President the hearing is Ms. Gwendolyn Cherry Sims, who is the liquor control supervisor for the excise division, Mr. Malake, who's a uh principal in the business, and Miles McDonnell, the excess commissioner for the city of St. Louis. Um introduce first uh certified copy of St. Louis City Ordinance 718 on the nine governs the issuance of liquor licenses within the city of St. Louis. Any objection to the introduction of their ordinance, right? All right, no objection. And uh the next thing is the file maintained by the excited division on the uh applicant. Any objection to the introduction of that file? And the next thing would be the uh results of the investigation conducted by the exit division regarding the requirements for approval signatures in the area of first qualified property owners, second unqualified tenants occupants within the petition circle. Any objection to the introduction? Results of that investigation. No objections. Okay, no objection there. Property owners is the first one. There's a total of 43 within the area, majority of which is 23. The applicant has secured 25 approval signatures in that category within over two tenants occupants. There's a total of 26 in the petition circle, majority of which is 14. And the category of tenants occupants, the applicant secured 14 approval signatures, which is that might have majority. So that's that everything's okay there. So at this time I'm approving the application. Um the hearing is concluded. We are now going off the record.
