This was filed originally in the board bill 60, and uh there was a protest taken out by the neighborhood representative, Mr.

Down in the Boone, and uh as it stands today.

No one met their burden uh under the protest, which requires for the uh both the uh applicant and the protester after the protest has been uh official.

They they both have to get the majority of signatures in the categories of qualified property owners and qualified tenants active defense within the potential circle.

That didn't occur, but we'll run through the numbers here for the record.

Uh okay.

Uh we're gonna introduce first thing we're gonna introduce certified copy of St.

Louis City Arguments 71819 that governs the issuance of worker licenses within the city of St.

Louis and any objection to the introduction of that arguments, okay.

Next thing is a file maintained regarding the applicant and the protest by the XI division.

All right, uh, we'll go to the signature now requirement at this stage of the protest for a majority in both categories for both the applicant and the uh protest.

So the applicant is uh total of 13 property owners within the petition circle, majority which is eight, the applicants through four in that category, that that doesn't make the majority, and the terms of uh tenants occupants in the area, total 32 uh majority of which was 17.

The applicant secured six assorted 11, so that that didn't fall by the category either.

Uh as far as the uh protest represented goes again total 13 in the area, eight is the majority.

Um that individual got four, so there's four missing error in terms of tenants occupants total 32 got 17.

Uh so there's a total of 11 shard in that category for neither party that met the burden under the ordinance how it works.

Um the burden falls on the uh on on the on the applicant.

So at this point, uh I have no no reason but to declare the uh the protest isn't not paid.

Uh and I don't know exactly the uh you want to withdraw this again, sir.

Um meaning well, you withdraw it, then we can you can refile, but it's getting to the point.

We're gonna have to take some.

I'm gonna say you're gonna somebody's gonna have to go to circuit court and get this percent.

Because we just go on around and start it.
