PSA number 1301, River DePair, Improvement Federal Project Number STBG 5401 with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc. for the maximum agreement amount of 2,395,783.44 cent. PSA number 1303, open-ended environmental engineering services at St. Louis Lambert International Airport with Terracon Consultant Inc. for the maximum agreement amount of $750,000. From the Office of Special Events, request for the following to be approved subject to certain conditions. There are five special events to be declared as festival zones. 54th Annual St. Louis Half Marathon and 5K will take place in Forest Park on November 9th from 7 a.m. to noon. Setup and teardown will begin on November 8th at 1.30 p.m. and end on November 9th at 1 p.m. Making strides against breast cancer will take place at Union Station and proceed north on 18th, east on Chestnut, South on 13th, West on Market, and then South on 18th, concluding back at Union Station on October 18th from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Setup and teardown will begin on October 17th at noon and end on October 18th at noon. Prince Hall Americanism Day Parade will take place between Page and Auburn on September 14th from 2.30 p.m. to 5 30 p.m. Kena Plaza Fitness Classes will take place at Keena Plaza on August 3rd from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. September 3rd from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. September 6th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. September 10th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. And September 13th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. setup and teardown will begin on August 20th at 8 a.m. and end on October 11th at 1030 a.m. APA K9 Carnival will take place at Francis Park on September 27th from 10 a.m.
