Managing Officer for the premises and Miles McDonald, the excise commissioner for the city of St. Louis. Uh okay, what we're gonna do here, ma'am. You gotta where the X is, you got a saying now. What that is is uh your games list of everything you're gonna need. And I think we don't have we've just got that one thing we got to bring in and get it you set out just for a few days. Okay, uh we can't really clear you to put on to the license collector's office until we move down there. Okay, okay, I get I'm gonna go ahead and um okay. We're gonna introduce some things as uh exhibits in the hearing, and you can either gonna ask you if you object, and you have to answer verbally, whether you do or not. Uh the first thing is certified copy of St. Louis City Ordinance 71819 that governs liquor licenses within the city of St. Louis. Do you uh have any objection to the introduction of that ordinance? No, I don't have anything. Okay, and the next thing is the file maintained uh on Bayesian Cakes LLC by the excise division regarding your application. We have any objection to the introduction of that file. No, okay. All right, uh like I said, this is the final determination hearing for your uh board bill 60. Uh uh restaurant bar license. I I don't think there is no requirement for signatures under this type of license, so that's not an issue. I see no reason why this premises would be a detriment to the neighborhood. So at this time, I'm going to prove the license. Um when you get everything else in, then we'll give it the final proof. Okay. Okay, if you would take this file over to the main office, and that'll be somebody with you there shortly to tell you what the next steps are. Okay. But you can say that'll be in in a few days. Uh another uh principal in the business and Miles McDonald, the excise commissioner for the city of St. Louis is 925 a.m. on September 18th, 2025. Okay. Uh the first thing we're gonna introduce is uh certified copy of St. Louis City Order 68536 that governs the issuance of liquor licenses within the city of St. Louis.
