The next item on the agenda, which is the only other item on the agenda for today, is board bill number 103. We have Mr. Solerano here to testify. If you wouldn't mind just introducing yourself or good morning, uh Alderman Alderwoman. Uh Wi-Fi is the Wi-Fi access for the uses of the public in distributed antenna system provides cellular coverage for cellular carriers enhanced cell coverage within the airports for the customers of those uh carriers. The minimum annual guarantee on the revenue side worth $65,000 a year. Plus a day to be executed with $20,000 for gas carrier. Right now, there's three gas carriers that are signed on. This determined agreement beginning March 1st, 2015. The amendment also contains a one-year option term to December 31st, 2007. Uh with the Air Force Airport Development Project that we're doing. It should be exercise that option will be extended to March approved. Um the capital investment is $50,000 if we cover the United States Customs and Border Protection, and then it's Conference Communications that makes that investment.
