I appear before you today to ask for a do pass recommendation from this committee regarding board bill one 10.

Um Board Bill 110 came with a map, but I always include my own maps, and you should have had you should have before you two maps that uh coincide with Board Bill 110.

Board Bill 110 is a uh a request to vacate an alley um between the perimeters of St.

Louis Avenue and Mathitt and Newstead and Taylor.

And it's a small portion of the alley, and there's going to be it's already been, I think, uh re uh it's uh rezoned for a commercial building that's supposed to go there.

Um and if uh you don't have the uh handouts, somebody should give them to you because if you will look at uh the handout that has the green um um land on it if you got a color handout, if not it's in black.

There's a little portion of uh the alley that runs east and west between St.

Louis Avenue and Maffitt, and that's the portion that we seek to vacate.

Um when we when this project started, there were several houses on the blocks.

Now there are only three house four houses that have anything to do with it, and two of them may not rebuild because of the tornado.

There's a house, there's one house left on North Taylor, and there are three houses on Maffitt.

And other than that, it's all vacant lot.

Um, but they didn't seek to do to uh vacate the entire alley because there are still homes that abut both the north south alley, and then there's a cross alley that's east and west.
