Present. Councilmember Blauer. Present. Councilmember Linz. Present. Councilmember Wright is absent. Councilmember Via Pudua. Present. Vice Mayor Wormsley? Present. Mayor Lincoln. Present. We have a quorum. Excellent. Thank you. Uh public comments. City Clerk, do we have any public comments this afternoon? We have none, Mayor. Thank you. And item 3.1 designating voting delegates for the League of California Cities annual conference to be held September 20th through the 22nd, 2023. Staff, do we have an update real quick? The names of the delegates. Sure. So the delegates that um I'm I'm nominating would be the same as last year. Uh the voting member would be uh councilmember Dan Wright, and the alternate would be Vice Mayor uh Wormsley if she's comfortable with that. Yes. Excellent. Uh Clerk, do you need any other uh language? We just need a motion to approve that. Just a motion and a second, Mayor. Okay. Do we have a motion? So move. Second. One one of you will be the second. Okay. Uh and uh cash your votes, please. Motion passes 6-0 with council member Wright being absent. Excellent. Uh yeah, so I guess that's what happens when you're absent. You're kind of voluntary to you know, but but the but this is his thing though, right? I mean, so so he'll he'll probably be happy. He'll be just fine. Okay, and item four adjournment.
