Present. We have a quorum. Thank you. Do we have any comments from members of the public this even this afternoon, Clerk? We have no cards, Mayor. Perfect. Item three, announcements of closed session. Item 3.1, public employee discipline slash dismissal release. This closed session is authorized pursuant to government code, section 54957. Item 3.2, public employee performance evaluation. And item 3.3 public employee evaluation. These closed sessions are authorized pursuant to government code section 54957. And item four, adjournment to closed session. We're going to move uh down to item five, which are report of action taken in closed session.
