Public Comments & Testimony
- Dan Richardson thanked departing council members and raised concerns about speeding and accidents on Pershing Avenue, urging traffic calming measures.
- Christina Fugazi expressed gratitude to outgoing council members and praised their service.
- Pandora Crowder thanked the council for support, reported feeding over 480 families (over 1,500 people) for Thanksgiving at Conway Homes and other sites, and announced the Christmas Tree Lane event on December 20, 2024.

Councilmember Wright. Present. Councilmember Blower. Present. Councilmember Lenz. Present. Councilmember Via Padua. Present. Vice Mayor Wormsley. Present. And Mayor Lincoln. Present. We have a quorum. Thank you. At this time, I'd like to ask Vice Mayor Wormsley to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Please rise everyone. Ready to begin. I graduate allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Thank you for that. At this time, I'd like to invite uh Bishop Dwight Williams to the podium. He's going to provide us with the invocation this evening. Um, Bishop Williams, um Pastors New Genesis New Genesis Outreach Ministries here in Stockton. Mr. Mayor and members of the council. Let us pray. Our Father and our God, as we come, we thank you for your grace. We thank you for your goodness. And we thank you for your mercy. On tonight, as we gather in this last council meeting of this year, we pray, O God, as we celebrate this time of the year with family and friends, that you will always help us to stay focused on what is really and truly important. Tonight, we pray a special blessing for our city and for its leaders. And tonight, we pray a special blessing, especially for this council. For many, this is a period of transition. As some, this is their final meeting. Lord, we thank you, God, for their service to the city of Stockton. Thank you for their families, and thank you for their sacrifice. For those who are departing this council, I pray God for your choices, favor, and grace to be upon them. For those who are remaining, pray for your continued wisdom and guidance and direction. We pray God that you continue to shower your blessings upon this city, all of the staff, and everyone that is involved.
