Uh, before we continue, I would like everybody to know that we will be having a twenty-minute cap. That means 20 minutes total will be spent in comment, and then we will be adjourning into closing session. I want to make a public comment to make a comment. Wait, I did not call on you to speak. You have to wait. Point of order. Okay. So uh 20 minute cap on speaking, two minutes per speaker as we go into uh public comment. Councilmember Villapudo. All right. Can you uh rephrase what you mean? You said her 20 minutes. Is that referring every other one for two minutes? Yeah, so or is it total 20 minutes? Two minutes to speak, 20 minutes in totality, so we can break into closed session. All right. Well, can I um make it two minutes for all residents? Can I get a second emotion to make that happen? Uh two minutes for all residents that want to speak. Not just no. I'm making a motion. Uh it's it's to make it for everyone to speak at least two minutes that want to speak. Can I second that?
