Present. Councilmember Ponce? Present. Councilmember Padilla is absent. Councilmember Via Padua. Vice Mayor Lee? Present. And Mayor Fugazi. Present. We have a quorum. Wonderful. City Clerk, do we have any comments from members of the public? We do not. What? Okay. So this is a special closed session, and we're going to be adjourning to do a for our public employee recruitment. And this closed session is authorized pursuant to section five four nine five seven of the government code. We are adjourned.
