So we have uh an item on here, uh, item one point one. So this closed session is authorized pursuant to section five four nine five seven B of the government code. We have no additions to this closed session. Um, is there any public comment on this item? We have no public comment. No public comment. Okay, so this council will recess to close session. Okay, it's three seventeen and we are back from closed session. Uh, do we have anything to report out city attorney? Uh yes, Mayor. The City Council in closed session voted unanimously, with Council Member Ponce absent to appoint Donald Larkin of Burke William Swarenson as interim city attorney effective August sixth, twenty twenty-six. Larkin will be compensated in accordance with the rates established under the Legal Services Agreement, approved via resolution number zero four-one five. Motion to adjourn. Motion. Second.
