When you see green, that means you're good to go. Honorable mayor, members of the City Council, city officials, and distinguished guests, as well as our audience and community here today. I consider it a great honor to be with you all, and I think it's fitting that we would invite the Lord to be with us from the onset of this meeting. So let's do that together. Our Heavenly Father, we're so thankful for this opportunity to come together as a council for the city of Stockton. Lord, I ask that your wisdom would be here, Lord, that there would be a spirit of unity here, and you would give us wisdom on how to handle the agenda items here today. Father, we ask that your spirit would move. We believe that this city, there's great things in store for the city of Stockton, Lord. It doesn't belong to poverty, does not belong to drug addiction, it doesn't belong to what others may assume it belongs to, Lord, but we put it in your hands, and we ask that you would give us the wisdom to make the correct decisions. Let the wisdom be upon the council today. And Lord, we ask that from the onset of this meeting to the end of this meeting that there would be liberty, unity, and that your wisdom would be here today.
