Good evening. This is a regular meeting of the City of Stockholm's Planning Commission held February 24th, 2022 at 545 p.m. Roll call, please. Commissioner Jones is absent. Commissioner Mellett. Commissioner Mountain. Commissioner Risby. Here. Commissioner Villapula is absent. Vice Chair Garcia is absent. Chair Sanguinity. Here. We have quorum. Okay. I'm gonna have uh Commissioner uh Risby lead us in the Pledge Allegiance. Please join me saluting the flag. I pledge allegiance. One nation. Thank you. Okay. Our first item of business tonight is the consent calendar. Um a little bit different, and the agenda shows it to take it as one item uh because of some absent. I'm gonna break it apart. We're gonna do three one and three two separately. And so the first one uh we'll do be 3.1. Um which would be uh attachment A, which would be the 113 meeting. That one there, I'm gonna abstain from since I wasn't there and I didn't watch the video. Chair Sanguinetti, that item will have to be continued because you only have four people present and you need four to pass. Okay.
