Um tonight is um uh make sure I get the date right May 26th uh 2022 and it's the public meeting for the planning commission of the city of Stockton held here in the uh city council chambers. Um roll call, please. Commissioner Jones. For the Commissioner Mallet present. Commissioner Mountain is absent. Commissioner Rizby? Present. Commissioner Via Pudua? Present. Vice Chair Garcia is absent. Chair Sanguinetti? Present. We have a quorum. Okay, um will Commissioner Jones lead us in the flag salute, please. What would you say? One nation with liberty and just it for all. Okay. Um that we have that taken care of. We'll move on through our agenda. And our first item of business will be the um consent calendar, which is the approval of the planning commission uh minutes from previous meetings from April 14th, 2022, and April 28, 2022. Um everybody that's here tonight was present, so we're able to vote on those. Um is there anybody want to state anything regarding those minutes? Is there any comments from anybody? If not, then uh we have uh Commissioner Mallet. I'd like to make a motion to approve the case. I'll second. We have a motion by Ms. Mallet and uh second by Ms. Jones for approval. Uh vote, please. So our next item of business will be the public comments. Are there any public comments, any blue cards or anything? We have no cards, Chair. Thank you. Okay. So our next item of business is the public hearings. Before we start those public hearings, I just want to announce that we only have five commissioners present here tonight, and so it takes four votes for the item to pass. In that, so you have an option here if you want to continue it. I want to offer that option in that. If not, you can proceed. We'll proceed with the public hearing. Um that's your choice.
