Uh CD staff, if you would like to uh the agenda item number six one point one is the establishment of a planning commission, ad hoc committee for the formulation of an industrial warehouse ordinance.

So just to provide a recap, uh since we did last meet on August 10th, um, an information session was held with the commission and public to clarify the need to establish a warehouse ordinance that provides for development standards for qualifying logistics warehouse projects.

An agreement between the attorney general and the city specifies certain measures that shall be considered in the ordinance.

Uh staff reported that these measures would need to be manipulated to become regulatory standards, and that's because most of the measures kind of derived from more of the environmental CEQA area.

So it's a little bit different the way regulations are written as compared to mitigation measures.

So that's what hopefully came across at the August 10th is that that's something that we we need to do, but we do have obviously the measures to work from, which are the uh contained in the agreement with the Attorney General.
