Present. Commissioner Jones. Present. We have a quorum. All right. I will ask, um, thank you for that. I would ask Commissioner Risby to do the pledge, please. Salute to the flag. I've pledged the United States of America. All right. Um, we will move on to the adoption of consent items. Uh we do have two consent items uh tonight. Um one is the July twenty-fifth and uh the August eighth uh minutes. So I know we did have a few commissioners that were not present at the July twenty-fifth meeting. I would ask um first Commissioner Jones. We did you have a chance to watch the video or read the minutes for that one? Uh no, I didn't too. Okay, we'll have you just recuse yourself for that vote. Um and then obviously I well, I did talk to um Commissioner Villmann. You had a chance to review the minutes and watch the video? Yes, I did. Excellent. Well then you can vote on that item.
