On September 24, 2025 at 8:00 AM, the Tacoma City Council held a special meeting that consisted solely of an executive session to discuss potential litigation, followed by adjournment.
Um we uh are having a few technical difficulties this morning, but we are back. So with that, um I will entertain a motion to convene to an executive session pursuant to RCW forty two dot three zero dot one zero eye to discuss potential. Not to see twenty minutes. So moved. All those in favor signify by saying I the eyes have it. Uh the motion is declared adopted. We will convene to executive session. Um and there will be no further business conducted except to adjourn the meeting when we return. We stand in recess. All right, I'd like to call the city council meeting back to order. And we have concluded our executive session. And as stated, there will be no further business, so we stand adjourned.
