The Rio Salado Community Facilities District (CFD) Board met on November 6, 2025, at 12:45 PM (MST) to approve previous meeting minutes and a lease renewal agreement with the Downtown Tempe Authority (DTA). The meeting was held virtually and in person, with no public comments.

The meeting was called to order by the Chair.
Approval of Minutes
- June 5, 2025 Meeting Minutes: Moved by Board Member Keating, seconded by Board Member Garland. All members present voted in favor. Motion carried.
Board Action Items
- Lease Agreement Renewal with Downtown Tempe Authority (DTA): The board considered a lease renewal that allows the DTA to use certain CFD vehicles and equipment for the Downtown Safety Program. Moved by Board Member Keating, seconded by Board Member Adams. The motion passed unanimously.

I number two, call to the audience. The Rio Salado Community Facilities District Board welcomes public comment at this time, only for items listed on this agenda. There is a three-minute time limit per speaker. Madam Clerk, do we have any speakers? None for this meeting. Okay. It's been moved by board member Keating and seconded by Board Member Garland. All those in favor, please vote. Board Member Hodge. A special taxing district organized under the laws of the state of Arizona. This agreement provides the DTA with the authority to use certain CFD vehicles and equipment for the implementation and operation of the downtown safety program as outlined in the lease agreement. It's been moved by Board Member Keating and seconded by Board Member Adams. Please vote.
