All right, seeing that I'll move on then to item number three, which is the approval of Rio Salado Community Facilities District Board meeting minutes for November 6th, 2025. Is there a motion? Case been moved by board member Garva. Do I have a second? Seconded by board member Chin. Please vote. And that item passes five to zero with board member Adams and Board Member Keating absent. Next up, item four, public hearing items. The only item of the section is 4A, which is to hold a public hearing to adopt a resolution levying the annual assessment for the Rio Salado Community Facilities District Improvement Project Number One, consisting of the acquisition, construction, and annual maintenance of certain improvements within the district, approving the tentative budget of the district for the fiscal year 2026-2027, and setting the date for and ordering the giving of notice of a public hearing to receive objections on the assessments and tentative budget. The public hearing is scheduled for June 25th, 2026. Board members, any questions for staff on this item. Okay, this is also a public hearing item. So if there's any public testimony on item 4a, can you please get my attention? Seeing that I'll close the public testimony portion of the public hearing.
