Just want to note that the statement played during the video earlier at the special budget meeting regarding the proper conduct of city council meetings still applies for this board meeting. Item number two is called the audience. The Rio Salado Community Facilities District Board welcomes public comment at this time. Only for items listed on the agenda. There is a three-minute time limit per speaker. Is there anyone here in the audience wishing to address the council? Well, the board, I should say. All right, seeing that I'll move on then to item number three, which is the approval of Rio Salado Community Facilities District Board meeting minutes for November 6th, 2025. Is there a motion? Case been moved by board member Garva. Do I have a second? Seconded by board member Chin. Please vote. And that item passes five to zero with board member Adams and Board Member Keating absent. Next up, item four, public hearing items. The only item of the section is 4A, which is to hold a public hearing to adopt a resolution levying the annual assessment for the Rio Salado Community Facilities District Improvement Project Number One, consisting of the acquisition, construction, and annual maintenance of certain improvements within the district, approving the tentative budget of the district for the fiscal year 2026-2027, and setting the date for and ordering the giving of notice of a public hearing to receive objections on the assessments and tentative budget. No, item four A. Yeah, Mayor, there's uh there is so you adapted a resolution to for the notice of intent, and then there'll be a public hearing on the uh pretending on the assessment. Thank you. There'll be a board meeting that night on the 25th, which will also include a public hearing to hear objections on the assessments and adopt the okay. All right, sounds good.
