Welcome to the June twenty third, twenty twenty-six development review commission hearing. The development review commission has created a whole public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the city council regarding general land use policies and applications where the commission has recommendatory power, and to render final decisions on specified applications where the commission has final decision making power. The development review commission recognizes that the creation of a desirable environment throughout the city for residents, businesses, and industry is a prime requisite for the interdependence of land values, aesthetics, and good site planning by promoting harmonious, safe, attractive and compatible development that is therefore considered to be in the best interest of public health, safety, and general welfare. Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the development review commission may file an appeal to the city council within 14 calendar days after the development review commission has rendered its decision. Development review commission recommendations to the city council are not final decisions. Tonight with us on the commission, we have to my far right, Commissioner Stefan Richter, Commissioner Larry Tom, Vice Chair Michelle Schwartz, to my left, Commissioner Joe Forte, Commissioner Linda Spears, and Commissioner Barbara Lloyd, and I am Andrew Johnson. Tonight with us from staff, we have Jeff Temolevich, Ryan Levake, Michelle Dahlke, Robert Mansilio, Lucas Jensen, Whitney Mayfield, Warren Rivera, Joanna Barry, and Jason Wolfe. For anyone in the public wishing to speak on an item, you'll be given up to three minutes if you wish, and you will fill out a card and bring that up to Miss Barry up at the front here if you are wishing to speak on an item tonight. So tonight on our agenda, we do not have any meeting minutes to consider. So we will move directly to our consent agenda. Our consent agenda was decided during our study session, and that means that any of the items that we have added to our consent agenda will be voted on as one in the affirmative, and so they will be passed with one vote. Anyone here tonight wishing to hear, wishing to speak on one of these cases, which we have added to our consent agenda, please get my attention after I read that item. So the first item on our consent agenda is item 4A, request a use permit for live entertainment within an existing restaurant in the CSS zoning district for twin locos live entertainment located at 3224 South Mill Avenue. Was anyone wishing to speak on that item? Okay, item 4B has been postponed until further notice. The next item on our consent agenda is 4C request to use permit for a private school in the CSS zoning district for leadership society of Arizona, located at 3010 South Priest Drive. Was anyone wishing to speak on that item tonight? Okay. Um the next item on our consent agenda is item 4D, request to use permit standard to reduce the required street side yard setback in the R 16 zoning district from 10 feet to 8 feet for an attached residential building in addition to the Grindley residence located at 744 East Vista del Cerro Drive. Anyone wishing to speak on that item? All right, and the next item is item 4E on our consent agenda, and that would be a request a use permit standard to reduce the side yard setback in the R115 zoning district from 15 feet to 12 feet for Radford residents located at 1318 East Lavive Lane. Anyone wishing to speak on that item? All right, and then the last item on our agenda tonight, which we have added to the consent agenda is item 4F, which is request use permit to allow a vocational school in the GID zoning district for Lincoln Technical Institute, located at 1665 West Alameda Drive, suite 110. Was anyone wishing to speak on that item tonight? Okay. So uh that rounds out the um rounds out our agenda. All the items tonight that we had on our regular agenda will be on our consent agenda. So with that, I will entertain a motion for our consent agenda. Commissioner Richter. Motion to approve the consent agenda in its entirety.
