The development review commission is created to hold public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the city council regarding general land use policies and applications where the commission has recommendatory power and to render final decisions on specified applications where the commission has final decision making power, including but not limited to all aspects of a proposed and future development.

So I'm not going to go through the the typical um discussion about how we handle the agenda since we have no one in the audience um necessarily to speak to um the the items on on the agenda tonight.

Um but the first items that we have I will review.

So first we have development um consideration of meeting minutes for our study session and regular meeting minute of August 22nd, 2023.

And then the second item on our agenda is Bubba's thirty-three, which is a use permit for parking and a development plan review.

The consent agenda will be voted on um without public comment.

So if there's anybody online um or someone appears, someone else appears in the audience that would like to hear that, um you can get our attention and we will pull that from the consent agenda.
