Good evening, everyone.

Welcome to the Development Review Commission.

It today is March 26, 2024.

The Development Review Commission is created to hold public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the city council regarding general land use policies and applications where the commission has recommendatory power and to render final decisions on specified applications where the commission has final decision making power, including but not limited to all aspects of a proposed and future development.

The development review commission recognizes that the creation of a desirable environment through the city for residents, businesses, and industry is a prime requisite for the interdependence of land values, aesthetics, and good site planning by promoting harmonious, safe, attractive, and compatible development that is therefore considered to be in the best interest of public health, safety, and general welfare.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the development review commission may file an appeal to the city council within 14 calendar days after the development review commission has rendered its decision.

Development review commission recommendations to the city council are not final decisions.

Tonight, with us from staff, we have Jeff Tamilovich, Ryan Levake, Michelle Dahlke, Diana Kaminsky, Karen Stoval, Jacob Payne, Lily Drosos, Lucas Jensen, Whitney Mayfield, Joanna Berry, and Jason Wolfe.

If you are here tonight to speak from the public on any one of our agenda items, you will be given three minutes to speak.

We have comment cards up here with Miss Barry or in the back in the very back.

If you wish to speak, please fill out one of those cards and bring that up to uh Joanna Berry at the front here, and we will be happy to hear from you.

Tonight on the agenda, we have in study session reviewed the agenda and developed a consent agenda.

What we'll do with the consent agenda is vote on that.

Um those items will pass without hearing those specific cases.

If you are here to comment on any one of those cases, which I will read in a moment in a moment, um please get my attention and we can pull that from the consent agenda.

Um so for the consent agenda, I'd like to review that now and then we'll get into our our study session minutes.

It's a long consent agenda.

So on the consent agenda, we have item number two, Roosevelt 11 homes.

Anybody here to speak on that one?

Okay, seeing none.

Um item number three, Rio Salado Lofs.

Item number four, Haas residents.

Item number five, soto residents.

You were here to speak on that.

Well, no, I was here to verify those approval.

So with that one will be on our consent agenda, and so that would pass with approval.

Okay, item number six is Diablo Clubhouse expansion and site improvements.

Item number seven is Richardson residents.

Are you here to speak on that or are you the applicant?

So if you're the applicant, you don't need to um get my attention at all.

Um, we will hear the other three cases that are on our agenda tonight.

Um, but to start, we will have uh motion for the development review commission study session and regular meeting minutes of February 27th, 2024.
