Good evening, everyone.

Welcome to the Development Review Commission.

Today is January 28th, 2025.

The Development Review Commission is created to hold public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the City Council regarding general land use policies and applications where the commission has recommendatory power and to render final decisions on specified applications where the commission has final decision making power, including but not limited to all aspects of future development.

The development review commission recognizes that the creation of a desirable environment throughout the city for residents, business, and industry is a prime requisite for the independence of land values, aesthetics, and good site planning by promoting harmonious, safe, attractive, and compatible development that is therefore considered to be in the best interest of public health, safety, and general welfare.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the development review commission may file an appeal to the city council within fourteen calendar days after the development review commission has rendered its decision.

Development review commission recommendations to city council are not.

And with us tonight with Jeff Temolevich, Brian Levake, Michelle Dalki, Diana Kaminsky, Chris Jasper, Robert Mancilio, Alexander Bosworth, Joanna Barry, and Jason Wolfe.

Um tonight, if you wish to speak on an item, we ask that you fill out a request to speak.

Um they're up here in the front, and I believe there's some in the back as well.

It's just a little um white paper bringing up front to Ms.

Barry and submit that if you again if you wish to speak as a member of public a member of the public on any one of these cases tonight.

Um tonight we have spoken in our study session and developed a consent agenda.

Those items that we have identified for the consent agenda will not be heard.

Um they will be bundled in the consent agenda and voted on as one.

Um so if when I review the consent agenda tonight, if there's one of the items that you are here tonight and you wish to speak on, please get my attention and I can pull that from our consent agenda.

First, though, we would like to um have a motion.

I'd like to have a motion for the consideration of our meeting minutes from January 14th, 2025, study session and regular meeting.

And there was a minor modification that we are including in that motion.

So can I get a motion for the approval of those minutes?
