The Development Review Commission of Tempe, Arizona, held a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM (local time). Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the Development Review Commission. Today is February 25th, 2025. The development review commission is created whole created to hold public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the city council regarding general land use policies and applications where the commission has a recommendatory power and to render final decisions on specified applications where the commission has final decision making power, including but not limited to all aspects of a proposed and future development. The development review commission recognizes that the creation of a desirable environment throughout the city for residents, business, and industry is a prime requisite for the interdependence of land values, aesthetics, and good site planning by promoting harmonious, safe, attractive, and compatible development that is therefore considered to be in the best interest of public health, safety, and general well general welfare. Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the development review commission may file an appeal to the city council within fourteen calendar days after the development review commission has rendered its decision. Development review commission recommendations to city council are not final decisions. Okay, tonight we have reviewed in our study session the agenda. And we'll first go through our study session and regular meeting minutes, and then we'll have a consent agenda. And if anybody is wishing to speak tonight on one of the items that we have identified under the consent agenda, please get my attention and we can pull that from the consent agenda. But first, let's address the study session and regular meeting minutes from January twenty eighth, twenty twenty-five. Can I get a motion? Okay, that's been moved. Oh, I apologize. I did not announce our commission members tonight. Um let me do that roughly. So tonight with us on the commission. Um my left are Commissioner Charles Redman, Linda Spears, Barbara Lloyd, my right, Stephon Richter, Larry Tom, Michelle Schwartz, and I'm Andrew Johnson. All right, so we have a motion for the approval of the study session regular meeting minutes, January twenty eighth, twenty twenty-five. Is there a second? Second. Okay, seconded by Commissioner Richter. All those in favor, please raise your hand. All right, that passes unanimously. Uh next on the agenda is our um consent agenda. And tonight on our consent agenda, we have item four A, which is the ISPA. Anyone wishing to see that one tonight? Okay. If if any of them that I mention, anybody here wishes to hear that, please let me know. Um item four B, Trevetti addition. Item four C the 1316 remodel. Item four D, Cobb residents, and item four E, Starzinski trust property. Okay. Seeing none, our consent agenda remains intact, and item four F has been postponed to our commission meeting on March 11th. Can I get a motion for the consent agenda, please? Anybody?
