I'd like to reconvene the regular meeting of the Arkansas Board of Directors out of executive session. Um at this time we would uh entertain a motion for an appointment to the Civil Service Commission. I'd like to make a motion that we appoint Doug Avery to the Civil Service Commission. Second I have a motion as second to appoint Doug Avery to the Civil Service Commission. Could you call a row? Assistant Mayor Brewer? Yes. Director Chew? Yes. Director Smith? Yes. Director Roberts? Yes. Director Harris? Yes. Director Holbish? Yes. Mayor Brown? Yes. And at this time, if you feel it's necessary, City Attorney, you can read the resolution. Whereas a vacancy exists on the Civil Civil Service Commission due to Glenn Greenwell resigning with an unexpired term. And whereas it is necessary that an appointment be made to fill the vacant position. Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the City of Tetragon, Arkansas, that the following appointment to the Civil Service Commission is hereby approved. Applicant Doug Avery, term April 2023 to 2029. Pass and approve this sixth day of April 2026. Having said that, I know of no other business. I would entertain a motion to adjourn. Motion to adjourn.
