Uh at this time we'll reconvene out of executive session to consider an appointment to the historic district commission at this time I would enter yes they know that it's made yeah I told them oh do you they can come back in if they want to come back in at this time we would entertain a motion to appoint I make a motion we appoint Jenny Taff to the historic district I'll second I'll second that have a motion and a second any other discussion I'd instruct the city attorney to read the resolution whereas a vacancy exists on the historic district commission and whereas it is necessary that an appointment be made to fill the vacant position and now therefore be it resolved by the board of directors of the city of Texagon Arkansas that the following appointment to the historic district commission is hereby approved applicant Jenny Taft term January 17th 2023 to 2027 pass and approve this 20th day of July 2026 the city attorney's read the resolution could you call the road please director Roberts yes director Harris yes yes director tool yes director smith yes mayor brown yes and the resolution passes Tyler do you have anything for your report I do not no sir our next meeting would be Monday August the third I'd entertain a motion to adjourn motion to adjourn second so we have a motion of second could you call a roll please director Roberts yes director Harris yes director holibish yes director jewel yes director smith yes mayor brown yes and we're adjourned
