I guess if you intend to speak, um, it looks like most of everybody signed in. Um, but if if you do speak, just raise your right hand, um, state your name and your address uh for the record, everything's being recorded. Um again, please just speak in the mic. You want to swear in the other two as well prior to? I I kind of wanted to go a little bit different, because this looks pretty cut and dry from my perspective. Um, and really just wanted to ask if anybody was here in opposition, I guess, to begin with. It doesn't appear there is anybody in opposition. Um and planning commission has recommended approval for this. Um I mean, if you want to give a couple words, I don't I think we can I have a feeling I have a feeling I know how this is gonna go, and we can make this pretty quick, but if you want to give a quick summary, that's it's good too. Yeah, I mean if you guys are good with everything, I'm fine with everything. The one thing I will say is that uh it does call for an eight-foot fence, is is what you guys have noted. Um we do that was a uh typing error and it is a six-foot fence. Just so you guys are aware just matching existing conditions. Yep, thank you. Does anybody else on the board have any questions?
