And then I wanted to give uh a little bit of a timeline for the city representatives on the Planning Commission about what we're doing moving forward in the next few weeks.

So at Planning Commission, everything you've heard in the past, I guess probably month and a half have been approved at City Council.

We had the remember the 101st in Florence, the residential development.

It was a complaint and a rezoning.

Galveston and 37th, that was approved.

This was like the on ramp to the Broken Air Expressway for a car storage.

So I wanted to mention some some important dates in the coming week.

So these are this, so we're down to the wire to today is our next to last TMAPC meeting.

So a timeline is um tonight at City Council will be the ordinance to establish the new planning commission for the city and the um joint resolution which the county has already signed to dissolve planning commission.

And that will those both of those will be effective on September 2nd.

Um in the next day or two, um the mayor's office will be sending appointments to council office uh with the intent that they are on the August 19th committee meeting.

So I will coordinate with you uh between you and the council office, because I know there's some different schedules here.

Typically, the you know August 19th we have a planning commission meeting in the afternoon.

Uh the morning is the committee meeting they typically hear them, but there's also a committee meeting in the afternoon, and if we some people have conflicts, and we're just trying to make it work, so that's why I'm helping coordinate that in case there needs to be some differences there.

Um and appointments uh will be confirmed at the August 26th, 5 o'clock city council meeting.

Typically, if you remember you don't need to attend that.

So I know that counties experience it differently because they they're under a different statute than we will be.

September 2nd will be both the last meeting of TMAPC at one o'clock, we'll meet, um, approve the minutes from August 19th, and then TMAPC will adjourn after the minutes are approved.

And the first meeting of the new City of Planning Commission will start at that time.

So um, so then following adjournment of TMAPC, the new city planning commission will meet, and on that date, and I'll kind of prep you for all this before it happens, but we'll approve a new meeting schedule because we'll need to get that on the books.
