All right, I think we're ready. Good afternoon. I'd like to welcome everyone to the very last Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission ever in the city of Tulsa. The city and county have separated our and are going to conduct their own independent planning commissions after this one minute meeting. So I call this meeting to order. Um item number one. Anybody approved meeting minutes? We have a motion by Commissioner Hood, a second by Commissioner Shivill for the approval of item one. All those in favor opposed. And those items were approved. Before we adjourn, I'd like to thank Commissioner Craddock, Commissioner Whitlock, Commissioner Q, and Commissioner Fugate for serving. I had fun with you guys, and I hope you guys have fun at the county from here on out. So it's been a pleasure serving the citizens of the county and the city uh all these years. It's uh uh I know we've had a lot of battles and a lot of good times and fun times, but it's we the whole thought process is do the best thing. And I can say that you all have done that on this commission, and I wish you the best moving forward. Uh and the good thing for the county is I'm not on the county um uh board, so they'll be very grateful. Now Jeannie is, and that's gonna be a challenge, but that's okay. I'm gonna hold comment until uh Chairman Walker, thank you for the nice comments, and again greatly enjoyed serving citizens of Tulsa County and grateful grateful for Commissioners Lee and uh the work that he does.
