We're gonna annex into the city limits.

Um, and planning commission did unanimously recommend us to approve it.

On page $27, you'll be authorized to minor public works contract with data plus security LLC.

So it's a total of $23,000, $8.15.

On page $28, you'll be authorizing amount of public works contract with control and pooling LLC.

This is a total of $7,156.13 cents.

On page 29, you'll be authorizing contract for architectural engineering and related professional services with overcast defined studio.

Uh this is for the city's approach on one unit signage.

This is a total of $15,750 to your projects last week.

On page 30, you'll be authorizing amendment number one to the special engineering services contract with different associates LLC.

This is an amended compensation amount of $813,215.

On page 31, you'll be authorized amendment number one to the contract with global fire sprinkler LLC for the advanced fire extinguisher inspections.

This is an admitted compensation amount of $15,750 project.

On page uh 32 and 33, you'll be tenderly awarding a public works contract with Sun Coast infrastructure for Third Avenue North Trunk Sewer Project.

This is a total of 153,148 projects last week.

On page 34, you'll be authorizing a recycling services contract with exact dynamics LLC.

This is uh came to your projects last week.

You'll recall that as the one where they are they will actually be paying the city money on that contract.

On page 35, you'll be authorizing professional services agreement with TTL for environmental assessment services for the Office of Community Neighborhood Services.

This is a total not to exceed 40,000 and came to you at projects last week.

On page 36, you'll be authorizing a purchase of equipment, supplies, or services from McSweeney Auto Group LLC.

This is a total of $70,120 and 20 cents.

This is a previously budgeted purchase for the Tuscaloosa National Airport.

On page 37, you'll be authorizing a purchase of equipment, supplies, or services from Motoroler Solutions.

This is a total of $27,278.14 cents.

Again, this comes to you for purchasing as a previously budgeted purchase and is for uh items for the Tuscaloosa Police Department.

On page 38, you'll be authorizing the mayor to negotiate the potential purchase of 641 Stone River Road, 636 Stone River Road, and 2126 and Tietham Avenue for neighborhood flood drainage mitigation purposes.

Uh this came to you most recently in projects last week.

On page 39 through 40, you'll be authorizing amendment number 16 to the FY 2025 general fund reserved for future improvements fund budget.

Uh this came to you in finance uh last week.

On page 41, you'll be approving job class specifications for water and sewer.

Uh this came to admin last week.

On page 42, you'll be amending exhibits A and B of section 1942 of the code of Tuscaloosa water for water and sewer.

Uh this came to you in admin last week.

Um page 52, you'll be authorizing amendment number four to the FY25 water and sewer fund budget.

And this came to you in finance last week.
