But it's just like the annual revocation we've ever done before.

It's just like an alcohol license hearing.

The same same basic seating of council is the same.

When the only major major institutional word, the only difference that you will see tonight that I think I've maybe had less than I know less than a dozen during my 20 years with the city, is that we have added the uh the closing comments from both sides after all citizens' comments.

Which we felt it's fair and something that in the past probably would have been beneficial.

That way, after all citizens' comments, both sides have a chance to have a brief summation of less than five minutes.

Are you still looking two minutes for the and that's good because you know the thing about it is that if you sit down like it in any show you watch another using nine particular three minutes or two minutes?

Two minutes is a long time if you just sit there and talk for two minutes.

You know, and it keeps people from being so repetitive over and over as well, you know.

Um expect that two minutes is two minutes is a lot of time to say what you want to say.

On page 23, you'll be authorizing a professional engineering services agreement with CSL Services for long-term flow monitoring.

This is a total of 138,096 and came to you on projects on the 23rd.

On page 24, you'll be authorizing the mayor to execute a real estate sales contract with Nelda P.

Goldsmith regarding the purchase purchase of 636 Stone River Road for neighborhood flood and drainage mitigation purposes.

This is total not to exceed 440,000, and this was initially presented in projects on August 5th.

On page 25, you'll be authorized authorizing Tusclose Fire and Rescue Service to accept donated equipment from New Course Steel.

Uh this came to you in finance on the 23rd.

On page 26, you'll be authorizing a professional services contract with uh Grow Marketing LLC.

This is a total not to exceed five uh five thousand five hundred dollars that came to you in projects on the twenty-third.

If somebody serves, say Samara or Dennis, well, Toby's not one of ours, but served two terms, and then after another term, can they can they reapply to be come back on the board after they sit out one term?

Off the top of my head, there is a specific amount of time that they're supposed to wait.

I remember if within their bylaws, it's based off of terms or years.

Um, but I can double check, but they do have to wait a certain amount for the yeah.

I just recollect it was one term, but if you'll find that out and also for the council, for the council, if you've been getting, if not, you probably will.

Um, and I've met with Mr.

Holmes about this.

Our sister cities agreement is uh when it was first established, it's strictly for Bryant High School, Central High School, and Northridge High School.

So if anybody else comes to you from TA, um uh Holy Spirit, Charter School, uh Hillcrest, that's been coming up a lot lately.

I see ACA, none of those, none of those are eligible.

It has to be a city public high school.

And so um, so that Scott's I think we got a meeting, normally in next week with TTS and city schools, I believe, because they because when the when it was first established as sister cities, it was between the city of Tuscaloosa and Tuscan City schools only, and Scott's gonna do a little research on that.

So if anybody contacts you, I think they already have some of us.

Um just want you to know that's that's how it was established.

So I don't want to take anything away from our city schools.

And Gary passed away.

Would love to just guess send condolences to his family.

He loved our city and was a served on so many things.

I believe he was gonna be inducted into the city hall of things, and he's passed away before that could happen.
