Item number one in our new business is approval of an engineering services agreement with Hazen and Sawyer for the Aldock Woolsey Fennel Bridge Replacement Utility Relocations project. We have to do a project to relocate our utilities to accommodate that. We started the engineering last year. In the meantime, here recently, the the lead engineers for that project have moved Hazen Sawyer. We want the project to follow to that firm. So this basically just establishes that agreement. The agreement is uh this engineering services is 100% reimbursable under the current uh reimbursable agreement with the state. Um schedule-wise, we're about halfway through design. We're uh we have a preliminary design submit uh Sam under review. We are coordinated with permitting agencies and moving forward right away. We're right now we're projecting a spring letting for our project. The state is looking at a summer letting. What's what's the main reason for wanting to make the the change? Because the the engineers who worked on the project with the the firm we were formerly contracted with have moved, they've moved to Hazen Sawyer. But is it their I'm I'm assuming that's their expertise, knowledge. Yeah, it's because this is not a I understand this pretty complicated project, eh? It's complex. Um we want to keep the the you know the same people moving forward on it. And I'm assuming Al dot's paying for this, Al dots approved. That's right. Of all so they're involved with this, right? Right. They they feel like we do they want the the project to stay with the the engineers that started it. I have to ask this question. Sure. Any other idea of a timeline or anything that's been discussed? Yes, sir. Yesterday the MPO um Al Doc provided an update. We approved the budget uh increase from 100 million plus dollars to 132 million plus dollars. Al Dot has secured other uh state and federal funds to to go through the increase. Could um they believe as Mr. Gurney said a summer of 2026 did letting still thinking three-year project walk. It's my understanding that timeline hasn't changed. Yeah. If the summer of 26 is accurate and holds, then that probably means we will need to move the Julia Tot Law and fully fund that in the spring of 2026 or 2026. Yes, sir. Yeah, next year. Okay. As we know, we've applied, we'll be applying for an A trip grant on that.
