Meeting Transcript
Minute stand approved. And now for our new business, so we'll start with Mr. Williams and our building and inspections report. So I got two for you tonight. Both of these are voluntary condemnations. First one's 33 36 20th Street North Structure. These houses are owned by the church. It's right beside it. I think it's I can't even remember the name of the church. But anyway, uh I think they've been written renting them out and they're tired of keeping them up. They just want to get rid of them and have us take them down for them. So they will not be contested. And then the other one is 3422 20th Street, also known as 3336 20th Street, south structure. Same thing here. I think it's the Frank E. McMullen Memorial Church, I believe is the name of the church over there. But this will be for the church and then any accessory buildings that are on the property, such as that, whatever that is. What did you say? Church house I think it's Franklin Mullen Church building. We're tearing up. No, no, we're tearing two houses down right beside it. They own the property. Okay. That's all I have for you. Thank you for going after work. Yes. Uh-huh. Both of them. And so neither of those are contested, correct? No. No, they're both voluntary condemnations. Okay, gotcha. Voluntary would be like that too. Okay, any more questions from Mr. Williams? Thank you. All right, Pastor Williams. Oh, shoot. Thank you. Okay, Mr. Homer. All right. We have a rezoning petition tonight. This is 0.8 acres located out and around 916 22nd Avenue East. They're wanting to rezone from GC to MR2. This is in Council District 5. So this is right up right over the bridge close to Kicker Road in Alberta. Is it just more apartments? Yes, sir. They want to build more apartments on this property.
