Um, for the Wilson Brothers TLUP, I did receive a question from the public this week regarding some signage that they had up.

Um, so community development staff went out and took a look at it and determined that the signage was appropriately marked marking the area that they have permitted and that the areas outside of their permit are still open for any access.

Um, so just you know, we looked into it and everything looks to be in order with their use of the permit area.

Um, they were at a different location last year, and it was a little bit more extensive um than their previous permit because they are doing some baking demonstrations with open fire and they have a beer garden.

Um, but all of that was worked through with the parks and rec department and the fire department, and they received their appropriate permitting from the state.
