New business item number one, approval of final plat of Alaska State Land Survey number 2021-07, a municipal entitlement selection.

You got all our ski trails and everything.

I do have one uh minor typo to fix.

And it's up, and I'm sorry I didn't catch it in preliminary.

It's in the monument table up in the top left corner.

M3 should be range seven, not township seven.

And then section 31 or should be section 30 instead of 31.

So those two real minor typos, and that'll make it match the cap that's shown on the plan.

And other than that, everything looked good.

I guess I could ask a question just for um what is the zoning gonna be for that area?

It's public on the old plat.

Moving on to reports.

Report number one, uh temporary line use permit 25-06 for Wilson Brothers.

And report number two is also actually I I have a kickback on that.

I did I do just want to let the commission know.

Um, for the Wilson Brothers TLUP, I did receive a question from the public this week regarding some signage that they had up.

Um, so community development staff went out and took a look at it and determined that the signage was appropriately marked marking the area that they have permitted and that the areas outside of their permit are still open for any access.

Um, so just you know, we looked into it and everything looks to be in order with their use of the permit area.

Very good.

Okay, report number two is the issuance of temporary land use permit 25-02 for the rent fair.

I'll just highlight what was in the agenda statement for the sake of if anyone is listening to the recording, um, that this is a move back to the park strip location.

Um, they were at a different location last year, and it was a little bit more extensive um than their previous permit because they are doing some baking demonstrations with open fire and they have a beer garden.

Um, but all of that was worked through with the parks and rec department and the fire department, and they received their appropriate permitting from the state.
