To order. Oh, are you ready? Oh at 1203 p.m. Um members present are Commissioner Minor, Weaver, Nielsen, and Green. Um absent and excused is Commissioner McCann. Um we have one item to begin. Um we can continue. So election of chair and chair pro tem. Um are there any nominations for chair? You don't want to nominate anybody. Or volunteer yourself. I nominate Commissioner Nelson. Any other nominations? Um Commissioner Nielsen has been nominated by Commissioner Minor. No other um entries have been made. So all in favor. Aye. Aye. Any opposed. And um pro tem. Oh, did I do that? Oh no. Um moving on to chair pro tem. So someone who would fill in when I'm not here. Um, are there any nominations? So it's um well, I will say Elise is wonderful. She gives you a cheat sheet every time, so you don't have to you know remember the order of things or um it's very easy to run the meeting, and um Sherry will give you tips on um, in fact, she might even do a training for us again at some point this year. She usually usually does a board and commissions training every year every other year. Um Timmy, would you you're here? I mean, Meg is gone a lot, so we probably wouldn't ask her unless you want to. No, I don't I I mean, yeah, I'd love to, but I can't. I just can't commit to anything. Yes, yeah, everyone. Um, so Commissioner Minor has been nominated. There are no other entries, so all in favor. Aye. Thank you. And uh I mean we've had such a we haven't had an election for our chair and pro tem for maybe what six months? It's been a long time. So it's like any whoever's here gets to sit in the seat and just follow the cheat sheet. And so well, go ahead and let me do it, and then I will pay more attention to exactly what you're doing and get more comfortable in this, you know, in this environment. And then something like we're not looking forward to, I'm sure. And um that is all I have on our action items, but I thought we were gonna approve the let's yeah, it's and um Elise um to make it official on the record. Do you need to announce or reiterate the I have the votes recorded, so we're good. Um but yeah, I thought on the agenda was the approval of the final draft, and I don't see it on the cheat sheet. It's in it's under new business. Sorry, I'm just on the cheat sheet. Um, new business, then we have an item for action. Um we got two minutes to work for I'm sorry, I'm looking at the wrong thing. I should have brought my printed sheet as well.
